TeDaLoS has become Europe's standard online software for sensor based “stock level and demand recognition” and as plug&play middleware between IT systems (ERP; MES; WMS...) and rapidly growing recording and technology options. The Software platform provides easy integration of sensors and systems, with special API modules for connecting and interpreting data from weight scale based systems, like calibration, taring of sensor and empty bin. TeDaLoS Smart Inventory Monitoring Platform is Software as a Service, so no upfront installation or ramp up fees or base licenses. TeDaLoS focuses on a core application: tracking stock levels through sensor data from the storage position and trigger standard procedures like re-ordering at the supplier, trigger pick-up up of empty or full bins or create replenishment recommendations based on sensor data and AI analytics. Typical users are not IT-engineers or integration specialist but regular users being now capable of creating results on day 1, e.g. supply chain managers, procurement officers, maintenance workers and managers, production floor and material flow managers. Many times the sales managers of the material suppliers are the key users, enabling their “managed stock”/ Kanban / “automatic replenishment” and other numerous names for the service of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to their clients. Standard integration Modules and APIs provide easy connectivity for sensor manufacturers to enable their "smart shelf" or "smart stock" services.
